		<description>&lt;p&gt;Absolutely agree. I had a refrigerator delivered through them. You would think that someone could give you a courteous call an hour before delivery. No it&#039;s not UPS policy. They simply give you a 6 hour window where you have to be home and pretty much cancel life so you could wait for their gracious service to arrive.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Repeated phone calls to their dispatch resulted in terrible customer service and...simple I&#039;m sorry Sir, I&#039;m sorry...they sound like a therapist that tries to calm you down. They even tried telling me that if I want to know when it’s going to be delivered it will cost me $35.00 for this convenience.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Every other smaller carrier I used has always called me 30min or 1 hour earlier. UPS the big guy in town can’t?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Shame on you UPS. Any company that uses UPS as their main source of residential freight please take note as those policies simply reflect on you and make you look bad. From now on I will specify NOT to have UPS deliver my items.&lt;/p&gt;
